Extra virgin olive oil in Japan
Teatronaturale International Magazine has a good article on how people in Japan love extra virgin olive oil.
Based on the article, according to a survey by Japanese association for vegetable oil on a group of 860 people from 20 to 69 years in Tokyo and Osaka area, 99% of them are familiar with the olive oil (100% of people aged between 30 and 39) and already used by 65%.
